	COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

	Fees for financial planning services are per hour or negotiated per plan. These services are performed as an Investment Advisor Representative of IC Advisory Services, Inc a Registered Investment Advisor. This service may be used alone or in conjunction with services below.
	Fees for financial Products: The client has flexibility and may choose to invest on a fee based upon assets under management or commission based products. Explanation detailing the benefits of each option are provided upon consultation.
	Referrals keep SLA Financial stable and growing and have been the backbone of this firm.
